INSOMNIA SOLUTIONS FOR TV MOBILE/LAPTOP USERS | part -1 |

     Now a days every one has  mobile/tablets  & more or less every office is equipped with PCs/laptops .Some deliberately have to work on it and some like us , just pass time on it by surfing or watching movies or chat on social media apps .And ultimately, we get affected by it .Prolonged use of mobile, laptops ,Tvs have negative effect on our brain due to which we feel difficulty in falling asleep.



SOLUTIONS

  • Before sleeping ,wash both eyes thoroughly with water and keep cotton balls dipped in rose water on your eyes for 10 mins. This will make our brain and eye nerves cool and  will have a calm/peaceful/soothing effect upon them, hence helping us in falling asleep .
  • Also if you are having insomnia problem from long time ,massaging soles of your feet with coconut or Sesame oil,just before going to bed, will be very beneficial. Nerves of sole are connected to various main organs of our body, as shown below in the pic ( zoom to view )

                         
         Massaging them (especially with sesame oil) will not only  benefit your brain but also  waist, upper back , shoulders and also improve our digestive system. This massage will soothe all these organs, helping us not only in sleeping but also will end this disorder/problem of insomnia ,ultimately. 
  • Also 45 mins before sleeping ,do not watch Tv or play with your mobile/tablet as the electromagnet beams from these devices will affect our brain and will be a hurdle in our going-to-sleep process.
  •   It is also said that bathing before sleeping is very beneficial in helping us against fighting Insomnia. But its not possible for every one due to lack of time,changing weather conditions. So in that situation, one can put his feet immersed in a small water tub ,with lukewarm water ,for 15 mins .This will also soothe our body parts along with our brain and one usually falls sleeps once he gets on his/her bed, just after  taking this therapy. 
  • You should always sleep but putting off all the lights of the particular room in which you are sleeping. At the max, a dim red small bulb should be put on .
OTHER THINGS TO AVOID 
  • If you are having Insomnia problem from a long time, avoid taking tea or coffee during evenings completely.
  • Also dont get involved in doing any activity like arguing,watching interesting movie,listening to rocking songs or anything which diverts your mind. Instead you can listen to calming music which soothes our mind or read books.
  • Think positive before sleeping like 'Today i'll get a sound sleep instead of "oh today will be another sleepless night".
  • Instead of having a spicy dinner from restaurant ,have simple home made food,less spicy. Also drink a glass of water before sleeping .
        If you follow all these process, definitely you get a sound sleep ,as the child sleeps below in the pic 😉
